1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an r9r9 account, you must complete our registration form with accurate information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will choose a unique username and secure password for your account.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submitting clear copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face
• Bank account verification (statement or passbook showing your name and account number)

KYC verification typically completes within 1-24 hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of your funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r9r9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify r9r9 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Multiple Accounts

Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited. This includes attempts to create accounts using different names, addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same person or household.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

r9r9 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension. Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

r9r9 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees which are your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time provided your account is fully verified and you have met all applicable wagering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though individual transactions may be subject to security review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If this is not possible, we may request alternative withdrawal instructions. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method in your own name matching your verified identity.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing. r9r9 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank may charge receiving fees.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

r9r9 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions, including requesting proof of income or source of funds. Any activity suspected to involve money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in account closure and fund confiscation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

r9r9 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must wager a total amount equal to five times the bonus value. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less).

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet all eligibility requirements
• Only one bonus can be active per player at any given time
• Maximum bet with active bonus funds is typically Rp 50,000 per bet
• Bonus funds must be used within the specified validity period (typically 30 days)
• Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it
• r9r9 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus terms are violated

Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting opposite outcomes with bonus funds, or any other systematic bonus exploitation, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

7. Betting Rules and Limitations

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (event, market, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming your bet. r9r9 is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly for large stakes, unusual betting patterns, or from players suspected of engaging in advantage play or syndicate betting.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results as published by the governing sports body are final and binding. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, specific rules apply depending on the sport and market. Generally, bets are void if the match does not start or is abandoned before completion, except for markets already determined.

r9r9 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or results. If odds are posted incorrectly due to human or technical error, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games on r9r9 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs and cannot be influenced by r9r9 or any player.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the rare event of a technical malfunction or game error, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded.

7.4 Lottery and Number Games

For togel (lottery) and similar number-prediction games, official draw results as published by the respective lottery operator are final and binding. Draw times and results are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Results are typically available within 15 minutes of the official draw.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using r9r9 services:

• Underage Gambling: Any person under 21 years of age attempting to create an account or place bets
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or device
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information, using someone else's identity, or submitting forged documents
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing information about hands in poker, or coordinating bets
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, matched betting, or other strategies designed to guarantee profit
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences between r9r9 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to r9r9 systems, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or manipulate game outcomes
• Money Laundering: Using r9r9 to launder funds from illegal sources or to conduct any financial crime
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank after successfully depositing funds

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. r9r9 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

r9r9 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and error-free operation, we make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, r9r9 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues
• Damages caused by third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, ISPs)
• Financial losses incurred from gambling activities
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with r9r9 is to stop using our services. In no event shall r9r9's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. r9r9 is an entertainment service and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gambling activities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by r9r9

r9r9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior toward customer service staff
• Problem gambling behavior that suggests you are at risk
• Legal or regulatory requirements

If your account is terminated for violation of Terms, all funds and bonuses in your account will be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than Terms violations, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you (minus any applicable fees), but bonus funds and pending winnings from bonus play will be forfeited.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion from r9r9 for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any active bonuses and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
